The Charles Littlewood Hill Trust, a registered charity no. 286350, is a grant making trust. The trustees meet three times each year, normally in March, July and November, to review applications and decide grants.

For practical reasons and to limit costs unsuccessful applicants are not informed.

The amount of grants distributed in any one year is at the discretion of the trustees and also depends upon the income generated from investments.
